DAILYJILI Contact: Where Each Question Goes
Contact DAILYJILI the right way by sending each question to the place that can answer it. This site is a player-side reference, so it has no access to your account, your balance or your deposits. Nothing on these pages prints an e-mail address, a phone number or a contact form, because this site has no mailbox, phone line or form to give you, and an address guessed from a domain name would only send your message nowhere.
Where an account problem goes
Problems with your account belong with the lobby, because only the lobby can see it. The lobby gives you three ways to open its Customer Services chat:
- The Customer Services entry in the side menu.
- The headset button at the right edge of the page.
- The round chat bubble at the bottom left.
The lobby’s Help Center page shows its heading and no articles, so the chat is where questions are answered. No opening hours are printed there, so write your message in full the first time: your username, what you pressed, and what the screen said. Never type your password into the chat, and never send it to anyone. For a longer walk-through, read the DAILYJILI customer service page.
Which problem goes where
| Your problem | Where to take it |
|---|---|
| Cannot log in | Check the address you landed on, then use the Forgot Password link in the Login box |
| Deposit or withdrawal question | The lobby’s Customer Services chat |
| A promotion’s requirements | The Promotion page, then the chat |
| A Maya cash-in or receipt | Maya’s own help inside the Maya app |
| Play has stopped being fun | The gambling help pages for players |
The Forgot Password link opens a screen titled Retrieve your password, which asks for your Username and Email and has an OK button. That route is the lobby’s own, and this site never sees what you type into it.
Corrections to these pages
If you find a statement on one of these pages that no longer matches what you see in the lobby, the way to raise it runs through the DAILYJILI About statement. That page says who writes this site and how it is run. A correction is made to the page itself, and the page carries its own publication date.
Because the lobby can change what it shows without notice, write down the date and the screen you saw when you compare. A note such as “the side menu on 6 October 2026 listed Reward Center” is far more useful than “the menu is different”.
What this site cannot do
It cannot reset a password, release a withdrawal, reverse a deposit, reopen an account or speak to the lobby on your behalf. It also cannot tell you whether a message you sent to a stranger claiming to be support is genuine. Treat anyone who contacts you first and asks for your password, a code or a payment as a scam, and stop the conversation.
This site is for readers aged 21 and over.
