- DAILYJILI Maya Receipt
- Maya leaves proof in different places by payment type: View receipt after an InstaPay transfer, an in-app message plus SMS for QR payments, and the Payment Confirmation page or Transaction History for an online checkout.
- DAILYJILI Maya QR Code
- A Maya QR code is either one you scan (a merchant's static display, a Maya Terminal, a QR Ph code) or a ticket code you present.
- DAILYJILI Maya Transfer Limit
- Maya sets eight kinds of cap by account level and transaction type: wallet balance, purchases, send money, InstaPay sending and receiving, PESONet, ATM and Savings.
A Maya account is a level, not a single product, and the number a cashier asks for is not a long account code. Your account is identified by the mobile number you registered, and the level decides what it can do. Here is how to tell both apart.
The four Maya account levels
Maya’s account-limits page names four account types. The monthly wallet balance limit is the figure that separates them.
| Account level | Monthly wallet balance limit | What sets it apart |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | PHP 50,000 | Where every account starts after sign-up |
| Upgraded | PHP 100,000 | Needs video selfie, valid ID, verified address and personal information |
| Super Users | PHP 500,000 | Higher daily purchase limit of PHP 500,000 |
| Ultimate Users | PHP 5,000,000 | Daily purchase limit of PHP 5,000,000 |
Maya also says on its upgrade page that your account limit grows as you transact more. Read the Account Limits screen in the app for the figure that applies to you.
Maya account number: your registered mobile number
Maya’s create-account page states that your mobile number will be your official Maya account number. When a cashier, sender or merchant asks for your Maya account number, it is the registered mobile number they mean. Opening the account takes five moves in the Maya app.
- Tap the green Start an Account button.
- Enter your personal information.
- Agree to the terms.
- Wait for the verification SMS and enter the code.
- Tap Proceed.
If the registered number changes, the account’s identity changes with it, and how a Maya number change affects the account covers what happens to the wallet.
Maya Basic account: what it does and where it stops
A Maya Basic account opens as soon as the SMS code is accepted. Maya’s account-limits page lists over-the-counter cash in, shop purchases, scanning a QR to pay merchants and receiving money from banks and wallets through InstaPay and QR Ph. Basic carries a monthly limit of PHP 50,000 and a daily purchase limit of PHP 50,000.
The limits table shows a dash for Basic in the send-to-other-Maya-users and InstaPay-sending rows, while the feature list above it mentions sending. Maya’s two sections read differently, so open the Account Limits screen in the app before you plan a transfer. How to cash in Maya covers the first route to take, and how to verify a Maya account is the way up.
Using the account at a casino cashier
The lobby’s banner, read on 27 September 2026, named PayMaya, today’s Maya, as a deposit method. The amounts and processing notes sit on the Deposit and Withdrawal screens after login. For the wallet-side order of steps read PayMaya casino account setup, and for the shared data row read the Maya casino payments row.
