DAILYJILI PayMaya Casino: What to Set Up in Maya First

A PayMaya casino payment is decided in two places: the wallet you hold and the cashier screen you pay from. This page covers the wallet side, so that when the lobby’s cashier asks for PayMaya you already have an account that can carry the amount. PayMaya is the wallet’s earlier name; Maya’s own About page says “PayMaya is now Maya”.
You get one map here: what to set up in Maya, what the lobby has said in public, what the regulator has put on record, and which page answers each question. Each of the twelve Maya pages on this site takes one question and answers it from Maya’s own help pages or the BSP’s documents.
How a PayMaya casino payment works from the wallet side
The wallet comes first and the cashier second. Work through these in order and the cashier screen has nothing left to surprise you with.
- Open a Maya account with your mobile number. Maya’s create-account page says your mobile number is your official Maya account number.
- Upgrade the account if the Basic ceiling is too low for what you plan to move. Maya’s upgrade page asks for a video selfie, a valid ID, a verified address and verified personal information.
- Cash in. Maya lists linked banks, partner merchants, other banks through InstaPay or PESONet, and other partners.
- Read your daily and monthly limits in the app before you decide an amount.
- Log in to DAILYJILI, open Deposit from the side menu and read the method list and amounts on that screen.
Steps one to four are Maya’s side; step five is the operator’s. Paying a merchant has its own screens, covered in a Maya payment at an online checkout, and the scan route is in Maya QR code payments. The wallet pages below carry the detail for each, starting with what the Maya wallet holds and the kinds of Maya account.
PayMaya online casino: what the lobby names and what it leaves to the cashier
On 27 September 2026 the lobby’s announcement banner read “DEPOSIT WITH PAYMAYA”. That is the one payment method the lobby has named in public, which is why a search for a PayMaya online casino ends at the cashier screens rather than at a list on the home page. Deposit and Withdrawal are entries in the side menu, and for a logged-out visitor they open the login box.
| Question | Where the answer sits |
|---|---|
| Is PayMaya named by the lobby? | Yes, in an announcement banner read on 27 September 2026 |
| What are the amounts and processing notes? | On the Deposit and Withdrawal screens after login |
| What are the Maya limits? | Maya’s Account Limits screen in the app |
| Who answers a wallet problem? | Maya’s hotline and in-app chat |
For the casino side read the DAILYJILI deposit screen page and the DAILYJILI withdrawal screen page. For a wider comparison of methods read casino payment methods in the Philippines and the reference row at the Maya casino row.
Maya account levels and the limits that cap a cashier amount
Maya names four account types: Basic, Upgraded, Super Users and Ultimate Users. The numbers below are from Maya’s account-limits page; the same four wallet values appear in Maya’s incoming-limit help article.
| Account type | Wallet balance, monthly limit | Purchases, daily limit |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | PHP 50,000 | PHP 50,000 |
| Upgraded | PHP 100,000 | PHP 100,000 |
| Super Users | PHP 500,000 | PHP 500,000 |
| Ultimate Users | PHP 5,000,000 | PHP 5,000,000 |
Maya says the monthly limit is subject to change, and says you cannot send or receive once you reach a limit. A daily limit resets the next day and a monthly one on the first day of the next calendar month. Maya transfer limit by account level sets out the send-money, InstaPay and ATM rows, and how to verify a Maya account lists the IDs Maya accepts.
Cash in to Maya before you open the cashier
Money has to be in the wallet before any payment leaves it. Maya’s cash-in page lists the routes and one threshold worth knowing: cash-in at select over-the-counter partners is free up to PHP 8,000 a month, with a 2% convenience fee above that on Maya’s cash-in page. Maya’s help article words the same area differently, with a 2-3% fee at some locations and a 2% rebate voucher, so read the fee line shown before you pay.
| Route | What Maya says |
|---|---|
| Linked bank | Up to PHP 20,000 per transaction in the help article on minimum and maximum amounts |
| Card | PHP 10,000 at a time; the help article says up to 10 transactions a day, the limits page says 5 attempts a day |
| Partner merchants | Convenience stores, kiosks, department stores, supermarkets, remittance centres |
| Other banks | InstaPay and PESONet partners |
How to cash in Maya step by step covers each route and which carry a fee. Card issuers set their own fees, which Maya tells you to check with the issuer.
What the BSP has said about gambling links in payment apps
The BSP’s list of supervised electronic money issuers (31 May 2026) carries Maya Philippines, Incorporated as entry 19 in the non-bank section. In August 2025 the BSP’s Governor issued Memorandum M-2025-029 to all BSP-supervised institutions, under Monetary Board Resolution 805 of 14 August 2025. The memorandum suspends in-app gambling access from mobile payment apps and websites, pending a policy on online gambling payment services.
It instructs institutions to remove links providing in-app gambling access within 48 hours, and says that access includes any product or service that redirects an account holder to a gaming or gambling site. Those are the BSP’s words, addressed to institutions. Read the memorandum in full on bsp.gov.ph, and ask Maya about any payment it does not complete.
The BSP’s own wording for what a wallet is sits in the digital wallet definition.
When a Maya payment stalls or fails
Most stalls are in one of four places, and each has a page.
- A payment that sits pending: check Maya’s service status page first, then what to do when Maya is down.
- A payment you need proof of: keeping a Maya receipt for a cashier says where Maya shows it.
- A registered number that changed: how a Maya change number request works.
- Anything else: Maya’s hotline is (+632) 8845-7788, with 1-800-1084-57788 as the domestic toll-free line, daily 8 AM to 7 PM and after hours for emergencies such as a lost phone. Maya customer service lines and chat lists the in-app route.
Maya’s terms treat a transaction confirmation as correct unless you dispute it in writing to the hotline within 15 days, so raise a problem the same week.

FAQ
Is PayMaya the same as Maya?
Yes. Maya's own About page says PayMaya is now Maya. The wallet is issued by Maya Philippines, Inc., so a banner that says PayMaya points at today's Maya wallet.
Which payment method does DAILYJILI name?
On 27 September 2026 the lobby's announcement banner read DEPOSIT WITH PAYMAYA, and PayMaya is the one wallet it names in public. The method list, amounts and processing notes are on the Deposit and Withdrawal screens after you log in.
What do I need in Maya before I open a casino cashier?
An account opened with your mobile number, enough verification for the limit you need, and money already cashed in. Maya's limits page lists what each account level allows.
Where do I read Maya's limits?
In the Maya app, open your profile and choose Account Limits, which has daily and monthly tabs. Maya's limits page at maya.ph says the monthly limit is subject to change, so the app screen is the one to trust.
Who do I call when a Maya payment goes wrong?
Maya's published hotline is (+632) 8845-7788, with 1-800-1084-57788 as the domestic toll-free line. The Maya customer service page here lists the chat route and the evidence to have ready.
Does the BSP say anything about gambling links in payment apps?
Yes. BSP Memorandum M-2025-029, issued in August 2025, instructs BSP-supervised institutions to remove in-app gambling access from their mobile payment apps and websites. Read the memorandum on bsp.gov.ph and ask Maya about any payment it will not complete.
