The Maya transfer limit you meet depends on two things: your account level and the kind of transaction. Maya (named PayMaya in its earlier years) prints these on its account-limits page at maya.ph, and the same figures appear under Profile, then Account Limits, in the app. The list below follows that page and two Help Center limit articles, and it belongs with the rest of the PayMaya casino cashier pages.
Maya transfer limit: 8 caps at a glance
Each cap below is stated as Maya prints it. Maya adds that monthly limits are subject to change, so the app screen is the final word.

- Purchase limit. ₱50K a day on Basic; ₱100K, ₱500K and ₱5M a day above it, with an unlimited monthly amount.
- Send money to other Maya users. Shown as a dash for Basic; Upgraded gets ₱20K per transaction and ₱100K a day, up to 60 times a month.
- InstaPay sending. ₱50K a day above Basic, with a monthly cap of ₱100K, ₱500K or ₱5M.
- InstaPay receiving. ₱50K per transaction at every level.
- PESONet transfer. ₱100 minimum, ₱300,000 maximum per transfer and ₱1,000,000 a day.

Maya wallet limit by account level
The wallet balance monthly limit is the one that every incoming route draws on. Maya’s table puts it beside the other level-based caps.
| Account level | Wallet limit (monthly) | Purchase limit | Send to Maya users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | ₱50K | ₱50K a day | Dash |
| Upgraded | ₱100K | ₱100K a day | ₱20K per transaction, ₱100K a day |
| Super Users | ₱500K | ₱500K a day | ₱500K a day |
| Ultimate Users | ₱5M | ₱5M a day | ₱5M a day |
Maya’s upgrade page also mentions spending up to ₱500,000 a month, which matches the Super Users row, so read your level’s number from this table and from your own Account Limits screen. To move up a level, follow the steps in the Maya account verification walkthrough.
Maya account limit: where to read yours
Maya’s limits page gives the route in four taps.
- Log in to your Maya account.
- Tap the profile button on the upper left to open the drawer.
- Select Account Limits.
- Switch between the daily and monthly tabs.
Maya’s example shows why the screen matters. A Basic user with a ₱50K limit who moved ₱10K in from a Metrobank account can receive ₱40K more that month, because every cash-in route draws on the same monthly room.
Maya withdrawal limit: ATM, bank and Savings
Maya’s tables name three outgoing routes. They sit under different headings, so check which one your move uses.
| Route | Cap | Source |
|---|---|---|
| ATM withdrawal (Maya physical card) | ₱50K a day; Upgraded 10 times a day and 60 times a month | Limits page |
| InstaPay to another bank | ₱50K a day; ₱100K, ₱500K or ₱5M a month by level; ₱10 fee per successful transfer | Limits page and InstaPay article |
| PESONet | ₱100 to ₱300,000 per transfer, ₱1,000,000 a day | Help Center limits article |
The Basic row for InstaPay sending shows a dash, so upgrade first if you need that route. These are Maya’s own caps and say nothing about what a casino lets you withdraw; the casino’s amounts are on its withdrawal screen after login.
Which Maya limit can stop a casino payout
Maya’s rule is blunt: once you reach a limit, you can no longer send or receive money until it resets. A daily limit resets the next day, and a monthly limit resets on the first day of the next calendar month.
A payment into or out of your wallet is refused after you reached a limit
Open Profile, then Account Limits, and see which tab is full. Wait for the daily or monthly reset, or upgrade the account for a larger level.
On the casino side, the lobby’s own banner on 27 September 2026 named PayMaya, and the minimums, maximums and processing times are on its deposit and withdrawal screens after login. Compare those with the room left on your Account Limits screen before you request a payout. A separate rule sits outside Maya’s limits: in August 2025 the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) told the institutions it supervises to remove links that redirect an account holder to a gambling site from their mobile payment apps and websites. When a limit looks wrong, take it to Maya customer service; for how wallets fit into the bigger picture, see the digital wallet reference and Maya’s casino wallet entry.
