DAILYJILI Maya Receipt: Where Each Payment Leaves Its Proof
Maya leaves proof in different places by payment type: View receipt after an InstaPay transfer, an in-app message plus SMS for QR payments, and the Payment Confirmation page or Transaction History for an online checkout.

Maya receipt by payment type
The last column is what distinguishes the rows: it names the exact place Maya says to look.

Maya receipt after an InstaPay transfer
InstaPay is the one route where Maya names a receipt button. The steps in Maya’s article, updated 20 August 2026:
- Open the Maya app and tap Bank transfer.
- Select the partner bank, enter the amount and details and tap Continue.
- Confirm the details and tap Transfer now.
- Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
- Tap View receipt to see the proof of the transaction.
Maya also charges a PHP 10 fee for each successful InstaPay transfer to another local bank. If the money does not reach the recipient, Maya asks you to compare the 6-digit InstaPay Ref No. in your Maya history with the last 6 digits of the recipient bank’s invoice or reference number. Maya transaction history and statements
History is the fallback when a screen has closed. Maya says transactions should appear in your in-app history in real time, and that InstaPay appears in real time. The app displays your latest transactions, and you scroll down for older ones.
A statement is a separate term. Maya’s terms say you can view your statement of transactions at any time by logging in, and clause 12.3 sets a window of 15 days: confirmation messages and statement entries are presumed correct unless you tell the Maya hotline in writing of a dispute within 15 days of the transaction. For a download step or the place where the reference number sits on screen, open the Help Center icon in the Maya app and search for it there.
A payment you made is not in your history yet
Wait 2 banking days for manual reconciliation, watching both the source and the target accounts. After that, log in to Maya, tap the Help Center icon at the upper right, scroll to the bottom, tap Chat with us and ask to be connected to a live representative or to file a ticket. Take the SMS, the in-app message and any receipt screen with you.
What to keep before a dispute
Maya’s guidance on QR, card and pay-via-number problems is to confirm with the merchant first, and the merchant has 15 days to settle with Maya before the amount is credited back. The records that make that conversation short are the same ones the table lists.
- The SMS confirmation for the payment.
- The in-app confirmation message or the Payment Confirmation page.
- The InstaPay receipt and its 6-digit Ref No., for a bank transfer.
- The date and time, since the 15-day windows count from the transaction.
Maya’s own safety guidance also applies to receipts: never share your password, OTP, card number or card CVV with anyone, including representatives.
