Super Six baccarat is baccarat with one change on the Banker bet: a Banker win that totals six pays half your stake instead of the full stake, and in exchange there is no 5% commission to pay on any other Banker win. A Super 6 side bet then lets you wager on that six itself. Two published rule sets give different side-bet payouts, so this page puts both in one table with the source named on every row, and your table’s own rules panel decides which applies. Stakes and ranges sit on the table limits at each live table, not on this page.
Super Six baccarat payouts, five rows compared
Each row names the rule set it comes from. Read across a row, not down a column, because the two sources do not describe the same game.
| # | Source | Bet | Pays | Applies when |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Evolution, No Commission Baccarat page | Banker, no commission | 0.5 to 1 | Banker wins with a 6 |
| 2 | Evolution, No Commission Baccarat page | Super 6 side bet | 15 to 1 | Banker scores 6 |
| 3 | Nevada, approved Live Baccarat rules | Banker, no commission mode | 0.5 to 1 | Banker wins with a 6 |
| 4 | Nevada, approved Live Baccarat rules | Super 6 side bet | 13 to 1 | Banker wins with a two-card total of 6 |
| 5 | Nevada, approved Live Baccarat rules | Super 6 side bet | 21 to 1 | Banker wins with a three-card total of 6 |
Evolution’s page calls Super 6 an insurance side bet. Nevada’s rules describe it as a wager that the Banker wins with a two-card or three-card total of six, with the payout set by the number of cards.
What changes when the Banker wins on six
Without commission, a Banker win pays 1 to 1 on every total except six. When the Banker wins with a six, you are paid half your bet. Nevada’s rules put it in chips: a 10-value chip on the Banker returns 15 in that case, which is the 10 stake plus 5.
Nevada’s regular mode shows the other way to handle the same bet: a Banker win pays 0.95 to 1. Here is the difference on a round example, with the ₱100 stake chosen for the arithmetic.
- Regular Banker bet, Banker wins: the Nevada table pays 0.95 to 1, so ₱95.
- No-commission Banker bet, Banker wins on any total except six: 1 to 1, so ₱100.
- No-commission Banker bet, Banker wins on a six: 0.5 to 1, so ₱50.
In the no-commission mode the six is the one Banker win that pays less than even money.
What the Super 6 side bet pays on a ₱100 stake
The side bet wins only when the Banker wins with a total of six, and any other result loses it. Using the payouts in the table above, again as arithmetic with a ₱100 stake:
| Source | Banker six | Win on ₱100 |
|---|---|---|
| Evolution page | any six | ₱1,500 |
| Nevada rules | two-card six | ₱1,300 |
| Nevada rules | three-card six | ₱2,100 |
Your ₱100 stake comes back on top of a win. Compare the figure for the table you open with this list before you place the bet, and remember a Banker six on the main bet pays only ₱50 on ₱100 in the no-commission mode.
Read your table’s rules panel
The panel, not a chart on a web page, sets what your bet pays. Work through it like this.
- Open the Live tab on the lobby home page. The lobby lists Evolution among its Live vendors.
- Pick a baccarat table and open its info or rules panel.
- Find the line for a Banker win on six and the line for the Super 6 side bet.
- Match each line to a row above, and where they differ trust the panel.
For the studio behind these tables, see the Evolution live studio profile on this site.
Cards behind the payouts
Nevada’s approved rules describe a game dealt from 8 standard 52-card decks, which is 416 cards (8 x 52).
Two neighbouring topics sit around the shoe, and neither changes a payout in the table above.
- What it means when a dealer removes the first card unseen, and what a cutting card does, is set out in the burn card and cut card definitions.
- Whether tracking cards is lawful is covered in the page on whether card counting is illegal in each place.
FAQ
What does the Banker bet pay when the Banker wins with a six?
Evolution's No Commission Baccarat page says players are paid half their original bet, 0.5 to 1. Nevada's approved Live Baccarat rules say the same for the no-commission mode: 0.5 to 1 when the Banker wins with a 6.
What does the Super 6 side bet pay?
It depends on the rules you read. Evolution's No Commission Baccarat page gives 15 to 1 when the Banker scores 6. Nevada's approved rules pay 13 to 1 on a two-card six and 21 to 1 on a three-card six.
Why do two sources give different Super 6 payouts?
Each source describes its own game. Payouts differ by game and by rule set, so the rules panel of the table you sit at decides what your bet pays.
Where is my table's rules panel?
Open the table from the Live tab, where the lobby lists Evolution among its vendors, and open its info or rules panel. Limits and payouts for that table are printed there.
